The Lost World was a major BBC ONE drama adapted from the novel by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle starring Bob Hoskins, Peter Falk, James Fox and a gigantic cast of dinosaurs and ape men.

Crawley Creatures were on the set in New Zealand for six weeks, designing and creating 25 Apemen costumes with prosthetic faces and hands. This work required a team of five prosthetic make-up artists and six costume dressers to prepare and standby on set.

We also produced scanning maquetes for the Allosaurus, Iguanodon and Pteranodon as well as full sized animatronic heads for these characters.
